About · The writer

Tender stories.
Fierce honesty.
Loud shoes.

A sunlit writing desk with a typewriter and manuscript pages
"My outfits announce themselves before I open my mouth."

Hello, hello

I tell stories that explore identity, belonging, love, grief, and self-discovery — the long, quiet conversations we have with ourselves before we know how to say them out loud.

01

How I show up

I exude excellence in the way that I show up. I own my presence as I walk into rooms — and confidence, honestly, has never looked better on anyone else. I am passionate, expressive, warm, and light.

I write the way I dress: on purpose, out loud, and unafraid of being seen. My sentences carry the same energy as my outfits — they announce themselves before I open my mouth.

02

What I'm trying to do

My work isn't only meant to entertain — it's meant to guide. I write reflective narratives designed to help readers see themselves more clearly, ask better questions, and make meaning of their inner worlds.

I believe stories are how we practice being human. Mine are tender enough to sit with you on a hard night, and fierce enough to ask something of you in the morning.

03

The debut

WHEN SKY MEETS HOME is my debut novel, and the most honest thing I've made. A woman travels to Lagos in search of the mother she never knew, confronting the past she was never given language for. Along the way, she uncovers identity, loss, and the fragile meaning of home.

What lives here

This site is a small, well-lit room. The novel is its center. Around it: a Substack where I write between the lines, and slow letters for readers who want to come closer. Everything here is built on purpose.
